This chart summarizes laboratory results that show illegal levels of toxic contamination at 42 sites which were operated exclusively by Texaco, some of which Chevron claims were "completely remediated" in the 1990s. Such evidence gives the lie to Chevron's claim that the existing pollution is the sole responsibility of Petroecuador.
