The Diego Borja signature that appeared on a Dec. 7, 2009 declaration about the videotapes (bottom) matches his signature on a Oct. 28, 2004 "chain of custody" document from Severn Trent Labs (top) entered into the court record in Ecuador. Severn Trent Labs, purchased by Test America in 2007, is a U.S. laboratory Chevron used to test contamination samples in the trial over its oil contamination in the Ecuadorian Amazon.
